Meetings
Whitney Elementary PTA hosts a monthly member meeting on the first Thursday of every month at 6:00 pm EST at Whitney Elementary School in the library.
If the meeting will not be held on the first Thursday of the month or the location changes, it will be communicated in advance via email and social media.
The 2024-2025 meeting schedule is as follows:

- February 6, 2025
- March 13, 2025
- April 10, 2025
All meetings take place at 6:00 P.M. EST in the Library at Whitney.
May does not have a formal member/committee meeting. Instead, a PTA Installation Dinner will take place to swear in the newly elected board officers. For details regarding the time, date, and location of all May Installation Dinners, please check your email or visit our social media platforms.
Additionally, meetings can be attended virtually through google meet. Virtual attendees cannot vote during the meetings. The virtual link is sent via email and posted on social media the week of the meeting.
